We started by going back to Mudlake. We stopped by the fair and saw some of the parade. Had some dinner and talked with friends. We were able to spend the whole weekend with both of our parents, just relaxing and enjoying the time off.
Of course we made time for lots of golf and fishing. Played many different coursed around home and James was able to catch a lot of fish. I was also able to spend time with Steve and Jana's two little boys. They are adorable and I love them bunches. Such cute kids!!!!
Then we took some time to ourselves and headed down to Lava Hot Springs. We just rented a hotel and pretended we were tourist. Of course there was gold involved, then we walked around town. Decided to float the river. The third time down, we decided to be daring and go over a couple of small water falls. We totally crashed big time on the first one and then spent 20 min fighting rapids to get to the shore so we wouldn't have to go over the 2nd one. No that we are all bruised and cut up we took a soak in the mineral hot pools. That felt great. While James went fishing that night, I treated myself to a full body massage. It was the best.

We ended our trip in Montana. We were able to spend 4 days with Lacey and Tony and their kids. We stayed up late playing pinochle and ate lots of delicious food. One day we went huckleberry picking. It was a lot of fun. Then we came home and made homemade ice cream withe the berries and had pancakes and huckleberry syrup for breakfast. mmmmm! James and Tylin sure had fun together. They played with the ball in the back yard and did workbook pages together. It was so cute to see him with her. And of course Tanner was cute and cuddly. I loved playing with him and his big Sis.
