Vincent is 1 year old !!!! It seems like he has always been a part of our family. This last year has been hard with 3 children but I have loved it. Vinny makes our family complete and brings lots of smiles and hugs. He is a very happy baby. He laughs a lot and it is really easy to make him smile and giggle. His first word was were Hi and Mom. He knows those words very well. When we are in the store he says Hi to everyone we see.
Vinny has all his teeth but 1. Totally different from the other two. He is running all over the place and loves to climb. He will climb everywhere. He loves to try to climb up the oven. It is actually kinda scary and no matter how many times I say no, he just keeps doing it! He is also climbing up the ladder to the play house. Nothing stops this boy!!!
We made monkey cupcakes and all the kids loved them. Vinny got very messy and was licking the chocolate off his plate! Pretty fun to watch. We actually spent his birthday up in McCall with some friends at a cabin and I will write about that in the next post.
Vinny and Penny are little pals. They love to got upstairs and play together. It works well because he does whatever she tells him too. She is also his little "parent". She tells me when to change his diaper and loves to help. She likes to wash his hair in the bath and of course tell him "no" when she doesn't like what he is doing. It is cute to watch them together. Scotty and Vinny get to spend the mornings together while Penny is at therapy so they get a lot of boy time together. Vincent watches what he does and tries to copy. I think they are gonna be good buddies when they both get a little older.
I love to watch Vinny grow and learn and see him play with Scotty and Penny. He is our "little monkey" and life wouldn't be good with out him. Happy Birthday Vinny!!!!
